1. Platform Services & Entitlements

VRLPRO Digital provides dynamic QR code generation, mobile deep-linking infrastructure, attribution tracking, and referral reward management software. Access to specific modules (QR Core, Deep Links, Referrals & Coupons, Influencer Marketing) is granted based on your active subscription plan or entitlement limits.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use VRLPRO services for:

• Redirecting users to malicious phishing websites, malware, adult content, or illegal activities.
• Attempting to bypass API rate limits, brute-force access tokens, or interfere with engine performance.
• Generating deceptive short links intended to commit financial fraud or impersonate brand entities.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate link suspension and account termination without refund.

3. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions

Payments are processed through Razorpay or authorized payment aggregators in Indian Rupees (INR) or supported currencies. Subscriptions automatically renew based on your chosen billing cycle (Monthly / Annual) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All pricing is exclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

VRLPRO Digital guarantees 99.99% service availability for redirect servers. However, we are not liable for business loss, ad spend damages, or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
