1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customer subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with our platform services or experience technical difficulties that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment date.
2. Subscription Cancellation Rules
- You can cancel your active subscription at any time directly from the customer dashboard (`/dashboard/settings`).
- Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further recurring charges will be made.
- Partial-month refunds or prorated refunds for unused days in a regular billing cycle are not provided after the 7-day initial guarantee window.
3. Refund Processing Timeline & Method
All approved refunds are initiated through our payment aggregator (Razorpay):
- Refund Source: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
- Processing Time: Once approved, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 working days by Razorpay / banking channels.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. phishing, spamming, illegal redirects).
- API unit usage overages or custom enterprise integration fees once consumed.
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the initial transaction date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your business name, registered account email, and Razorpay Payment ID. Our billing team in Vadodara will process your request within 24 hours.
