• Account Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing credentials provided during signup.
• Link & Campaign Data: Target URLs, dynamic QR configurations, custom UTM parameters, creator IDs, and referral payload metadata.
• Technical Scan & Click Data: Salted IP hashes, user-agent details, OS type, browser, referrer URL, and anonymized city/country location.
• Payment Information: Transactions processed via PCI-DSS compliant aggregators (Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe). We do not store raw card numbers or UPI PINs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to:

• Provision and execute dynamic short link redirects with sub-2ms latency.
• Provide accurate campaign analytics, scan attributions, and referral reward logs.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and payment verifications through Razorpay.
• Prevent fraud, bot manipulation, self-referrals, and unauthorized link abuse.

3. Data Security & Storage

We employ 256-bit SSL encryption, SHA-256 IP hashing, encrypted session tokens, and strict database access controls. Raw visitor IP addresses are never permanently stored unhashed. Our infrastructure complies with Indian Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act guidelines.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. Razorpay Payment Gateway, PostgreSQL cloud database) required to fulfill services.
